What are the CrossFit Games?

“In implementation, this looks like sport. This is revolutionary. It's as distinctive of the program as are the movements and the charter of functionality and variance. Our workouts are competitive events.

The strength and value of CrossFit lies entirely within our dominance of other athletes. This is a truth divined through competition, not debate.”

Thoughts on the Games:
I started CrossFitting about 1 1/2 years ago.

I think the Games are going to be a nail biting experience. The feelings of both nervousness and excitement hit me at the same time. I look forward to the chance of working out and competing with so many amazing athletes. The key for me is to have no expectations, except to get the biggest a@@ whooping I could ever dream of. Gotta love this stuff!!
The HOPPER ooooohhh the Hopper. Now this is where the beauty of CrossFit lies. The hopper can be your best friend or your worst nightmare. We all have our strengths and we all have our weaknesses and we must all face them in the Hopper. Please Hopper give me Squats :-)....Stay away Ring dips :!!

This little girl is an animal!!!!

If I can escape the games without getting beat by this one, I'll be happy.

You were my grader for "Fran" during the Certification Course Charlotte back in March of this year. Having been a bodybuilder for years...and considered to be in great physical shape...I wasn't prepared for the type of heat that Fran brought. Finished...Yes...but it wasn't pretty and I still bear the mental scars today LOL. Thanks for being such a hard ass grader and I wish you luck on the games! Although I'm currently deployed to Iraq, I'll be keeping up and pulling for you!
