It's Humble Jeff. Your an example to all of us brother. One of the most inspiring athletes Crossfit has ever known, and I absolutely mean that.
And oldie but a goodie; Jeff T was posting PB's before many of us even heard of CrossFit.
Those pull-ups destroyed me, I did my last 19 one at a time.
Jeff, you are such an inspiration to all of us. You are not only an amazing athelete but also a great partner. You make us all so proud.
I have to laugh at the first sentence. The acronym R.O.M. for me now will mean
Relative Old Man...not Range of Motion
Jeff, I consider myself very fortunate to be able to benefit from your training and incredible work ethic. I appreciate Crossfit Fairfax more than I can say.
Jeff is just a great guy. Savage athlete, great person.
Jeff T is one of the best athletes and best people I have ever met. He has an extrodinary work capacity without a single trace of ego. He is a true class act.
