What are the CrossFit Games?

“In implementation, this looks like sport. This is revolutionary. It's as distinctive of the program as are the movements and the charter of functionality and variance. Our workouts are competitive events.

The strength and value of CrossFit lies entirely within our dominance of other athletes. This is a truth divined through competition, not debate.”

Jolie Interviews Pat ...[wmv][mov]

I hate that Pat can take frequent breaks from Crossfit and still kick my ass!

That was a fun interview. And Pat, that's why I love going to Crossfit One World too!

Looking forward to seeing the Jolie interview. I know she has been working hard for this year's competition.

The athletic ability that is going to displayed at the Games this year is going to be outrageous! I am so looking forward to meeting knew friends and hanging out with old ones!

Great interview. Pat is an animal and I can't wait to see him in action.

Same about Jolie. Can't wait to see her represent this year. I'm looking forward to the next part of the interview.

I second what Freddy said - There are going to be a lot of strong CrossFitters working their hardest and putting on a great show! I can't wait to meet everyone!

I'm not really looking forward to that big hill I've been hearing about. It's giving me nightmares. I hope I make it!

What an awesome, lighthearted interview. =]

Beside the video where he "visited" the site that was "close to his house", I've never seen Pat in action--that I'm aware of. But from what I've seen in the video he looks like a fierce competitor.

Love always to Jolie. I love that girl! Looking forward to seeing her compete at the games if our little family makes it out there.

Can't wait to see and meet everyone!! And of course to cheer on Diablo CrossFit. =]

That was a cool interview. Looks like I'm going to have to work on my hill running, as well. See you guys at the games!
