What are the CrossFit Games?

“In implementation, this looks like sport. This is revolutionary. It's as distinctive of the program as are the movements and the charter of functionality and variance. Our workouts are competitive events.

The strength and value of CrossFit lies entirely within our dominance of other athletes. This is a truth divined through competition, not debate.”

Matt Murski Has a LOT of Distractions...

As you'll see from our man-on-the-scene Sevan's interview with Matt, he's got a lot going on. Training for the Games (watch for the inside scoop on one of the events -EXCLUSIVE!!!), getting his affiliate off the ground, and, well, Laurah.

Brother I know your numbers are insane, but with a training protocol like that,I just don't see how you can get ahead...
Best of luck to you and everyone else (I can see why they need it) and we will see you at the games.

Not to be a gymnastics snob or [ a gymnastics coach which I am ], but the " inverted muscle-up " is called a Rings Kip.

Kip to L sit

Kip to almost maltese

Bent arm basic kip

Stephen Low's L hang kip to support

However, the ability to do these since it's a skill would put you above many competitors.

Please tell me that 30 inverted muscle-ups is a joke.

If not, I propose we change it to something that involved nothing but back extensions. There needs to be something I don't suck at in the games.

2 WOD'S per day ? 4 WOD's per day ? What the hell... That's bit insane. Good luck.

Upside down muscle ups . . . joy. It's like I'm on double secret probation already . . .
