What are the CrossFit Games?

“In implementation, this looks like sport. This is revolutionary. It's as distinctive of the program as are the movements and the charter of functionality and variance. Our workouts are competitive events.

The strength and value of CrossFit lies entirely within our dominance of other athletes. This is a truth divined through competition, not debate.”

The CrossFit Games Affiliate Cup will be contested by affiliate teams. A team will consist of at least 2 men and 2 women from the same affiliate. You can have as many athletes from your affiliate participate as you want. Your team score will simply be the cumulative scores of your top 2 men and top 2 women.

I wish they were Freddy! Then I would not have to travel half way across the world to compete for them.;-)

By julie on May 22, 2008 4:13 AM

Yeah, that would def be great. Wouldn't need to travel to the US to get beaten by school kids and take lessons in the "Martin shuffle"

Catch you all at the Games

Cheers, kempie

Red, it ain't that hard for us mortals really. Just do a painstorm first and it happens kind of naturally. Real elite level is needed though to do it fresh though!

Hey Julie, how's it going out there?

Sorry I never got to see you before you went out, but thinking of you and I know you're gonna have a great time showing them all how it's done!!

Go girl!
