What are the CrossFit Games?

“In implementation, this looks like sport. This is revolutionary. It's as distinctive of the program as are the movements and the charter of functionality and variance. Our workouts are competitive events.

The strength and value of CrossFit lies entirely within our dominance of other athletes. This is a truth divined through competition, not debate.”

Congratulations to all the winners and thanks to all the volunteers, spectators, and competitors for a great weekend!

C2 Wants a Do-Over!

Our friends at the Concept2 shop figured they could do a better job on their "good luck" video, so here's the new and improved version, complete with Tabata rowing, rower-box-thrusters, nose-picking, and the well-wishes of their whole staff.

If you got Rhabdo over your lunch hour....could you file for "workman's comp"? :)

Wouldn't that be the first time in recorded history someone who filed a workers comp claim had done too much work? :-) Can you see the doc: "Rhabdo? Something doesn't seem right about this? Slackitis, Fibromyalgia, and "I got the undefined back pain" yeah, we got that, Rhabdo? Not so much . . . "

Can any one tell me the name of the song in the C2 video. I have to have it for my crossfit playlist.

That was a great video. I really enjoyed watching it, especially the last few seconds. What is than thing?
p.s. Rhabdo is diseases, trauma, or toxic insults to skeletal muscle. Good luck with that.
